Therefore, the ombuds will not identify an employee or disclose an employee's confidences without express permission of the individual except where required by law, required by university policy, or if we believe that disclosure is necessary to address an imminent risk of serious harm. WebThe Ombuds Office has meetings available virtually, outdoors and in-person in private spaces. Evening and early morning appointments are available virtually. The University Ombuds is a lighthouse in uncertain waters, helping members of the CSUCI campus navigate, manage, prevent, and resolve conflict, and work through policies.
